The First Room
The First Room is located on the second floor of the building. It consists of a large double bedroom with its own bathroom. Adjacent is a nice working and living room, including a PC with internet.
The rooms are luxurious: new boxspring beds, fine linen, a TV, hifi-set, and a comfortable sofa and chair. It has a warm atmosphere through the used colors and materials. This room is perfectly suited for guests staying in Utrecht for one or several days for business or science.
Price per night (including breakfast, VAT and 5% tourist tax):
- 1 person: 120 euro
- 2 persons: 140 euro
